The AppAssure acquisition is Dell's latest investment as it broadens its enterprise portfolio for a complete range of data center products and solutions and extends its Fluid Data architecture to constantly adapt to change, deliver business results faster, and protect data everywhere. AppAssure's award-winning technology delivers reliable application recovery from customers' servers to their datacenter and their cloud. AppAssure's technology enhances Dell's storage and software portfolios, enabling it to offer backup and recovery software that protects a company's entire application infrastructure. AppAssure is the first software acquisition by Dell since the formation of its software group. Dell is currently seeking Sales, Marketing, and R&D candidates.
